Palermo Soho brief description "Old Palermo" (Palermo viejo) is the original name of the neighbourhood that was the dwelling of recognized writers such as Jorge Luis Borges or Julio Cortazar. The neighborhood is located among Scalabrini Ortiz street, Cordoba Avenue, Juan B Justo Avenue and Santa Fe Avenue, being its central locations, "Plaza Cortazar” (also called Serrano) and “Plaza Malabia”.
